Meet your Instructor: Shivali (KIKI) Chandra
Kiki is a passionate maker with over a decade of experience in 3D printing, laser cutting, and robotics. Her journey began in FIRST robotics competitions and continued through college, where she worked as a laser cutting assistant and spent countless hours creating with 3D printers. Since then, Kiki has applied her expertise to professional software development and personal projects, including a laser-cut optics kit used in schools across the U.S., India, and Ghana.
As an instructor at Create Makerspace, Kiki’s mission is to make STEM accessible to everyone. She loves empowering students with technical knowledge while building their confidence and excitement for future projects. For Kiki, success is seeing her students realize that what once seemed complex is now achievable.
